This looks terrific! I actually love the runover part, so crunchy! I think if you added some of the spices and the lime zest, you’d be pleasantly surprised how it brings out the flavor of the mango, kinda like how vanilla or coffee) enhance the flavor of chocolate.

Thanks for such great nutritional information as well as the link back. I’m glad the information was helpful to some of us anyway. I do love mangos. They are so delicious. I had no idea people were allergic to their “sap.” Weird huh? Your bread looks delicious. I shared ours with my Mother and Dad. Mango bread? Now that’s new to me. I love mangoes and I love bread, so I beleive this is perfect for me. Nice. I was going to ask you for a slice, but since you baked this last week, there may not be any more.
