Now I know that the pith of any citrus is really something I'm not interested in experimenting with in the future. The good thing about this particular adventure was that it ended up visually pleasing so I could at least look good on my blog :) Amanda,

It did a little. I actually prefer the edge of the tart, not the center because that thick piece of dough at the edge has enough sweetness to counteract the bitterness. Was that a run-on sentence?
